Located right in the middle of town hence easy accessibility. Surprisingly quiet inspite of the noise from outside. The soundproofing is excellent. Very comfortable rooms with nice blackout curtains. Extensive array of food at breakfast. Service with a smile, always, from the front door to the restaurant etc.

Very warm welcome with a cold towel on a hot day. Excellent lake and city views from the rooftop bar. Temperature aside, I really liked the room. It was bright with natural light and the bed was very comfortable. It's right in the centre of the city but somehow, it's still quite a calm environment within the hotel.

Monica, the intern, was helpful and thoughtful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped.The hotel provided a small refrigerator upon request.

Hotel and rooms are in good condition. Servants are very friendly, special Reception, Porter and Security.

The general reception ,directions to the room, attention given to my guest who arrived earlier and the general ambiance. Breakfast was fine with adequate variety and ready on time for an early riser like me.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Service second to none . Food was so good . Only slight problem was no swimming pool .. It was a home away from home .. Very difficult to pick out any one person but Trevor was an absolute gentleman and a wonderful asset to the hotel .. Hope to return soon again 🙏

This was my first time at Imperial since Sarova acquired the hotel and I'm in awe. First, the service was absolutely exceptional. Everyone from the hotel security, reception, housekeeping and even the waiter staff was incredibly hospital. The rooms were completely overhauled and that scary old carpet is gone. The rooms are fresh airy and clean, with fresh towels and robes, slippers and high-quality yet sustainable toiletries. Sincere thanks to Nelly and Mercy at the front desk, the GM as well as Biko who assured us of the Sarova standard and fully delivered.

Breakfast was excellent with so much to choose from, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is within CBD, walking distance to many facilities. The was food was very fresh and delicious ,i really loved the fish with mushroom sauce.

The bed and pillow are some of the best and most comfortable bedding I’ve slept on! Great for a good night’s sleep and I truly appreciate the fact that they took me seriously when I requested for a quiet room as I’m a really light sleeper.
